It was very busy when I walked in, but I was still greeted immediately. Ramon helped me pick out a car. I knew what I wanted, it really just came down to color. He was very knowledgeable of the cars and he was friendly and personable. Both Ramon and Jack were able to knock down the price. Also Randall was great closing out the business end of things. What I really liked what that Ramon explained the features of a car before I test drove it. He then again explained them again before I left. He gave a tour of the place, and it was very clean. More

We never felt pressured and felt that Eddie listened to what we were looking for. He educated us on the vehicle we were interested in and walked us through the process every step of the way. He even made the experience enjoyable for our 10 year old son. The dealership was very busy on the day we were there, but Eddie treated us like we were the only family in the place. We love Eddie and we love Valley Honda! Eddie reached out again to us after purchasing the car to reassure us he was always there to answer any questions that may arise. Great experience!!! I found the exact vehicle we had been searching for posted on the Valley Honda website. Jack Davis one of the managers helped us negotiate a deal and I found the exact vehicle we had been searching for posted on the Valley Honda website. Jack Davis one of the managers helped us negotiate a deal and was very respectful of our family's time. The 2018 Honda Pilot was aggressively priced compared to the market. Our salesman, Eddie Sanchez sent us a customized video of the vehicle that same day. We came all the way up to Valley Honda the next day from Evansville, Indiana to check it out. They had the car waiting there for us to check out and they stayed late to accommodate our late arrival. Eddie took us for a test drive and respected that we knew much about the vehicle already. He left me and my husband alone to look over the car. It was a last minute idea to do yet another search online for the vehicle we wanted. Glad we decided to check out the car at Valley Honda! Despite the fact the dealership was a considerable distance away, it was worth the time. None locally could match or beat their price for the same make and model and it was the exact color we has been searching for. Needless to say they were short and to the point. Hid no punches and sold us a solid vehicle. I get really stressed dealing with car dealerships but Jack and Eddie were so awesome! Honest and quick to respond and just all around genuine guys.
