This was well worth it as I found a color that I like much better than my original thought. I most liked that Sal did not pressure me the way I felt at most other dealers I visited in my search for a new vehicle. He let me take the time I needed over several visits. When we went over features of the different models he was honest about the benefits and he understood that we really would not use them. My wife and I went back and fourth on the color and not once did he seem frustrated. He went to the extent to drive us over to there big lot to see all the colors at once. He went above and beyond our expectations. The manager Jack, was patient as well. He also was efficient, meaning he did not draw out the pricing process which is usually the painful part. She was very patient as we took all of the time we needed to make and change our decision about the model of vehicle that we would ultimately purchase. We recommend Kattia highly without any reservation. When we met Jack Davis as new customers, he promised world class service from Valley Honda and he delivered! At first, we assumed “world class service” was just a slogan at Valley Honda, but now we can attest that Jack’s customer service is uniquely special, very authentic and we agree that it is “world class!” I would describe Jack as genuine, trustworthy, attentive, respectful, considerate and determined in a win-win and no-pressure type of way, to make a mutually agreeable deal work out.
