Friendly, financing slow. Offers good,but too much pushing. Detailing of car could have been better. Dog hair in spare tire compartment and one head rest not cleaned. They were good at getting finding me a vehicle and helping sell mine. Poor communication on a loaner, was guaranteed one but then told I had to use my insurance last minute, (my insurance would not helping sell mine.
