I came to the dealership a bit nervous as I haven’t purchased a vehicle in years. Harman and his team treated me with such respect and I immediately felt comfortable dealing with him. His knowledge of the different vehicles and their performance was next to none! The final transaction was smooth and financing was completed in 10 minutes! Unbelievable 😊 When the vehicle was ready Harman came to my home to pick me up and had a coffee with me and my mother...a true gentleman. UPDATE : The car now has an EVAP code for which we went back to the dealer back in March but the dealership refused to take responsibility for it. Disappointed yet again. To start off, we bought a 20 back to the dealer back in March but the dealership refused to take responsibility for it. Disappointed yet again. To start off, we bought a 2014 Honda Civic back in the month of February with 100,000kms for around $12k. Throughout our 6 months of ownership, we have dealt with numerous issues with the car. In the beginning, my dad brought the car back within 2 weeks of us buying it to get it checked within the given warranty period of 1500kms due to a grinding noise coming in the cabin while driving. They checked it over and told us the car had no issues. As time went on, the noise became unbearably loud. So we took it to the local mechanic shop and they told us that both front wheel bearings and tire rods are shot. Alongside, we saw a noticeable amount of oil burning as the oil level would drop with increase driving (unheard of in a Honda Civic that only has 100,000kms or 60,000 miles when we bought it), which meant that the engine was considerably worn out ; considering the age and mileage of this car, this issue should not exist. So far, we have spent upwards of $2000 fixing both the front wheel bearings, tire rods, etc. to make it road worthy and safe to drive. We gave our trust and money to this dealership as we thought they would sell us a good car. I feel extremely disappointed with them as I am forced once again to write a one star review. Our trust in the dealership was broken, when the salesman told us the car was flawless and had no issues whatsoever. They told us that they check their cars from top to bottom (lie, cause they would’ve figured out issue with tire rod and bearings). When we brought the car back within the 2 week warranty period, they didn’t care to diagnose the issues correctly. Considering what my family has been through with the issues surrounding this car, I will NEVER EVER another car from this dealership! We do not want anyone to go through the stress that we have endured throughout our ownership of this car and I advise anyone reading this to do the same and look elsewhere. More

Andrew offered fair pricing, trade-in etc. Excellent facility - large and clean with full COVID safety procedures. Turnaround from purchase to pick-up was very fast. Love our new Kia Seltos - great value for money! More
