From emailing with the internet sales associate Frank Jo I am gladly writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had at this dealership. From emailing with the internet sales associate Frank Jones, to working with my salesman Alex Bernabe as well as speaking with the manager CJ, all made my experience pleasant. They were all very accommodating and professional which lead to a quick and smooth purchase. The consultant Hamad Deeb, was very compotent and patient with both my husband and I, when teaching us about.all the features in my CRV. After he programmed and explained all the details to us, he then asked us to show him how to perform all the features on our own. As a teacher, I was very impressed by how thorough he was in his teaching and how much pride he took in making sure we didn’t leave without knowing how to use all the features. I will definitely be going back with my sister-in-law in November to purchase her new car. More
