Top notch service the entire time I was there. Only criticism is of the finance representative who despite everyone saying I could have said no to, honestly and truly made me feel as if the process cou criticism is of the finance representative who despite everyone saying I could have said no to, honestly and truly made me feel as if the process could not move along unless I absolutely took at least one of the insurance plans. Despite the general feeling, I was there, I am the customer and I literally felt as though I was forced to make this decision. Then to find out that what is done is done and there is no going back? That just doesn’t sit too well with me. I know they have to make the sale but DO NOT make the customer feel forced into ANYTHING! More
