After finding ourselves in need of a car, we began the painstaking process of searching for the best car for our family. That was not the case here at DCH Honda in Paramus. Our experience started with the internet/phone department. Kay Mercado answered all of our questions, and scheduled us with Hamad Deeb. Both were beyond helpful with our questions, super polite, and transparent. There was no bait and switch. Hamad heard our concerns and meet us where we were at. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we would be able to bring home our new car. He also took his time to explain to us the car and all of its features. Suniel from the finance department was also helpful, explaining everything to us and confirming all before asking for any signatures. I have never felt so comfortable in a car dealership before. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in search of a car. I would also recommend Hamad as a reliable, hard working and honest car salesperson. More
