Sitting in my truck at lunch i contacted Bozard using there chat feature I was speaking to Gregg who is a salesman there, I told Gregg what we were looking for he made a suggestion. We set up a time to go and do a test drive. Gregg was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we spoke about and showed us every feature. We were in and out of the dealership quickly and it was probably our best experience todate. I cant say enough about how much help Gregg was. Our salesman, Gregg Steinberg, was a joy to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable. A true asset to this dealership. One suggestion that I would give is about our experience with the finance process. The numbers were presented with an extended warranty added in. Now I realize that the dealership makes money on add ons and they want you to buy with the extended warranty but it was a little confusing about what was, "just the vehicle price". I would have preferred it showed as just the vehicle and then showed the price with the extended warranty as an add on. We did get it with the warranty because we felt it made sense for our situation but a more clear explanation would have been better. More

Absolutely the best in the business I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately ran into some troubles a few days after driving it and the dealership not only paid for the towing to the dealership, they went the extra mile in fixing the issue. Instead of addressing just the one problem, they fixed an overlying issue that would have been lots more money in parts and labor. To honor the vehicle they sold, they ensured this was taken care of as well. From my first inquiry, to working a deal that was agreeable, to finding financing that met a payment range I needed to stay within, with service to correct an issue and honor their agreement to sell me a reliable used vehicle, this dealership has left me with an experience that most dealerships cannot do. Bozard Ford Lincoln is a gem hidden among a market full of lesser dealers. If you want quality service and to be treated the way a customer should be, then I highly recommend this as your place to find your next ride.
