Nick was nice and involved in helping us with the test drive and checking out the Mustang. And going over the out the door price we had agreed upon thanks to Sams Club and a great price on the last year model, $9k off MSRP! Nick was great did not react badly to us paying in cash and did not try to sell us on anything but the first party Ford protect the warranty. He also helped us find an old tag to transfer and us getting are cash in order. The facility was awesome and it will be great to see again for service! And definitely one of the best dealerships in northeast Florida and I know we looked at most of them! More

Never got the answer from my messages sent to Jim Duran to check information about the truck that I was looking. I purchased a truck couple years ago from this dealer. I got promised to get the best price and replace this truck for another one. I spent 2 hours driving into the rain in order to meet Greg Steinberg who promise a great discounts. Never happen. I can’t replace my truck because the deal of them is try to sell you a newer truck in order to clean the stock 2019. Really they don’t care if you can paid the monthly payment or what is a your situation. I will never get another business with this dealer. You can’t lie to the Customer when they are really paying your employees and business interest. More
