Above and beyond...again! I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. H I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. He dug deeper into my inquiry and when he found out I was having an electrical issue, he arranged the service appointment on my behalf for 2 days later, much sooner than I was able to arrange on my own. He also arranged and paid for me to have an F150 as a rental and told me to call him if I had any issues on the day of service...even though it was his day off! A sales person arranging my service appointment-- wow! I can't say enough good things about Addy and Erinwood. Thank you, once again, for all of your help and for exceeding my expectations. More

You have to experience it to believe me! I would have to say that this has been the most stress-free no pressure new car experience I've ever been through. I have decided to bite the bullet and purchase a 2018 Ford Focus RS. A couple years ago I have purchased a 2016 Mustang GT convertible from Erinwood Ford, and still loving every bit of it. Fast forward 2.5 years later, I decided to reach out to David Grittani again and let me tell you he did not disappoint, my second experience with David was as good as the first one if not better. Thanks to all the management team involved that helped procure such an amazing deal for me and make one of my wishes come through. Carol, you are probably the most professional business manager I have ever met! Only fair that include Gillian on this review, I have been bringing my 2016 Ford Mustang GT in to Erinwood Ford for service for the last 2 and 1/2 years. I've been too many dealerships over my years of shopping cars, but the treatment I received by Sami and his team was non like any before! Sami truly is a living embodiment of Customer service and customer satisfaction. He takes the time and effort to make sure that any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered. Never made me feel anything less even if I felt like I was asking a stupid question, he always would say "there's no such thing as a stupid question". Since I've picked up my Fusion Energi a month ago i still have questions about the car since it has so much tech, he would still take the time to answer any questions I have. Sami was an excellent sales rep and made the entire experience easy and pressure free. He was full of knowledge of all the vehicles we were interested in and made it really easy to ask any questions we might have. Erin was the finance manager that took the time to explain all the extras we purchased and I’m really happy I got the wear care! When we came to pick up the Explorer we selected, he made sure it was a very smooth pick up and had the beautiful Explorer all clean and parked inside. Definitely would recommend Sami and Erinwood Ford to all my friends and Family. Looking forward to my next experience with this Wonderful Dealership!!! More
