As an older new car buyer, I appreciated the time that Gary in the sales department took to explain all of the new extras such as phone pairing and Apple play. I had a very positive experience with Gary. He worked with my hectic schedule which I appreciated. It wasn’t until I brought my car home that I realized they had not been honest. I had been told the car with my hectic schedule which I appreciated. It wasn’t until I brought my car home that I realized they had not been honest. I had been told the car was in perfect condition but there is bumper damage that was not disclosed. It was not listed on the CarFax, nor was it disclosed by the dealership. This will be hundreds of dollars to repair on a newly purchased vehicle. Update 2/19/2020: I brought this to the attention of Gary and the management of Heritage Honda and they took the car in to fix the bumper free of charge. Gary was attentive and informative the entire way. I couldn’t endorse his business enough. More

Gary is an outstanding professional who has earned my business as well as that of my family and friends. I drive 4+ hours round-trip from my current home to continue buying cars from him and avoid the hassles of car buying elsewhere. He is zero pressure, has a genuine interest in his customers, and has received many referrals from me over the years. The service department also has earned my business with competitive service rates and competent staff. I've been leasing from this dealership for about 10 years now. I've never had any real issues with this dealership that's why when it came to purchasing a car for my teenage son this is where I went.
