I have known Gary for many years. Found him to honest and dependable. When I saw a car parked when leaving the golf course, I took a picture, sent it to Gary asking what was it and the color. He responded w dependable. When I saw a car parked when leaving the golf course, I took a picture, sent it to Gary asking what was it and the color. He responded within 30 minutes. Shortly after that he said Heritage had ONLY one at a different location. When looking to spend a lot of money, I shopped the car. Gary at Heritage provided the BEST deal and the trade in was outstanding. The entire transaction took 48 hours. And I LOVE my new Honda Accord Touring hybrid color SONIC GREY. More

I had an early morning appointment and I never received a call before, during or after service. Furthermore, I did not receive any call throughout the day regarding my vehicle, did not get a return phone cal call before, during or after service. Furthermore, I did not receive any call throughout the day regarding my vehicle, did not get a return phone call back when I would leave messages and no one would answer the phone when I called. Upon arrival, the tech was very rude and in his words was trying to “charm” me to make the situation better. The entire service was unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership. More
