I hadn't shopped for a new car in over 15 years, but I have been a customer of Valley Honda for much longer. Fred Sims made the process so smooth that it relieved the stress I usually have when making a have been a customer of Valley Honda for much longer. Fred Sims made the process so smooth that it relieved the stress I usually have when making a big ticket purchase. Fred answered all of my questions and walked me through the process step by step. As I hadn't purchased a new car in a while, Fred even took the time to walk me through the new features of the vehicle and help me connect. Often as woman, I have had to deal with salesmen, repairmen, etc. being more than a bit condescending when conducting business with them. I experienced none of that when dealing with Fred, or any of the staff at Valley Honda. Before I arrived to test drive the car, I was provided with information and costs regarding a few different vehicles in which I had an interest. Fred took the experience to the next level. I was treated warmly, respectfully, and as a valued customer. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics. I was consistently reminded that all decisions were mine to make.
