Awesome experience before we even arrived! Fred Sims was AWESOME! Before we even made the over 1 hour trip, we called the dealership to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still availa Fred Sims was AWESOME! Fifteen minutes later we received a video from Fred introducing himself and showing us the vehicle. Upon arrival we were able to recognize Fred right away in the giant mass of people because of his video intro. He worked quickly and was very personable! He was well spoken, friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing! While waiting on info to begin our deal, the owner Bob came out and chatted with us! What an amazing man! Very friendly and well spoken! You rarely get to meet the owner! It was a great additional touch to our experience! James, too, worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted on the vehicle. It was a TOP NOTCH experience! Well worth the drive! More

It was Valentine's Day night, and was late by the time we were done and ready to go. Despite all of that Fred stayed late to show us several features on the vehicle and to make sure we were happy.
