I bought from this dealership 7yrs ago and all the staff were AWESOME!!! They were helpful in finding purchases that were in my budget range and to fit my needs. The financial department was excellent in wo were AWESOME!!! They were helpful in finding purchases that were in my budget range and to fit my needs. The financial department was excellent in working with me on making my purchase fair to both parties, I was EXTREMELY satisfied. Those men knew exactly what customer service is about, thus why I returned to purchase again. This time however, my experience was not as welcoming or as satisfying. My salesman was good he showed me all available vehicles that I was interested in and was knowledgeable about them-5 star for sales. He had a great personality, didn't pressure me to make any hasty decisions and worked well to get me a good deal. My issue this time was the lady over the financial department...she was not very friendly and I got the impression that she didnt care if I purchased the vehicle or not. (I would give NO stars if I could but it's not an option) She had no desire to make the deal fair for both parties, it took haggling to get her to be fair, and then she was not happy about it and it showed. I am happy with my purchase, but part of purchasing a vehicle is an experience...it is suppose to be exciting and fun. With that said her personality, lack of interest in the customer and the experience of the customer while making a purchase was very disappointing. I'm not sure I would return here again to make another purchase, which is sad because my first experience was so amazing. Please reevaluate your financial staff and return to the good old customer service traditions. Hire people that care about making your customers feel welcome and like it matters that they are there, After all if it wasnt for the customer there would be no job. More

Absolutely terrible pretty much from start to finish. If I did not love the actual car so much I would have ran away. Maybe embarrassed at how all of this was handled. I have no idea but if I don’t speak to someone soon I am going to corporate. I have this all documented. So sad that your salesman, nice enough but completely untrained, has been told what to tell me by management. Sad sad sad dealership. More

My experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet Used Cars in Chamblee has been very disappointing at this point. I have called the dealership at least 5 times since my vehicle purchase on 2/8/20 requesting to s Chamblee has been very disappointing at this point. I have called the dealership at least 5 times since my vehicle purchase on 2/8/20 requesting to speak with the Finance rep Franchely about the total fees that are showing on my Truth In Lending Statement that were not explained to me where I could see the total cost of the charges that were added to my financing of the vehicle. I want those fees removed. On 3 of the occassions where I called in I spoke to my salesman Ron Durham who assured me that he would have Franchely Reyes to call me back. That has yet to happen. This is terrible customer service in my view and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone at this point. I am contemplating returning the vehicle to the dealership because I would prefer not to do business with anyone that does not value me as a customer by at least returning my calls. More

bad service I was told this recall had to be done this week I work out of state every week so they agreed to pickup my vehicle do the recall and bring it back I s I was told this recall had to be done this week I work out of state every week so they agreed to pickup my vehicle do the recall and bring it back I said fine but I also told the girl that handles the contracts in pre owned cars to have the collison dept.to look at the fuel door when I bought the Tahoe it was dark did not get a good look at when I went to get fuel I noticed dents above the fuel door I ask her to have it looked at she said she would.i also ask her to get me a price on another set of keys never happened, also ask how much it cost to do a detail while it was there never happened,i have been driving with a test drive tag for 30 +days was told they would put a new tag on never happened.then I called Thursday to see how it was going nobody could find my Tahoe said they would call back never happened so I called my girlfriend she said they brought it back on wed. I had to come in early this week I pulled in last nite about 1am pulled in behind the Tahoe no new tag,nothing had been done that I ask for, no phone call letting me know it was returned even the guy I talked to in service couldn't find it.this was not a good experience if I get a ticket for no tag i'm going to bring the ticket to ellis chev,. More
