Exceeded My Expectations I was looking for a certified pre-owned Audi S4, when I came across one at Audi London. Shortly after sending them an email requesting for more inform I was looking for a certified pre-owned Audi S4, when I came across one at Audi London. Shortly after sending them an email requesting for more information on the car, I got a call from Faye, one of the Audi Brand Specialists in London. She was extremely kind, helpful, and most of all knowledgeable about cars. Her willingness to work with my budget, mixed with her great personality prompted me to make the 5 hour trip down to London to test drive the vehicle. I arrived to the dealership 3 hours earlier than expected, and the Audi London team greeted me and rushed to have the car prepped for a test drive. Within 15 minutes I was on the road. It was at this point that I truly saw Faye’s passion for cars as she had the answers to all of my questions, and gave me a full run down of the cars features. Once back at the dealership, she searched their Canadian directory to find me the exact colour and trim I wanted, and I ended up purchasing a brand new 2019 Audi S4. I got to meet the rest of the team, and they were all just as kind and knowledgeable as Faye. Overall my experience was far beyond my expectations and the 5 hour trip to Audi London was worth it after being treated so well there. Thank you Faye and the rest of the Audi London team! More

I work late had some issues with my insurance company and being without a vehicle and (twice) she arranged for a loaner vehicle to be dropped off at my home late after hours until my new vehicle was ready. She also kept in contact with text and email immediately both during and after hours to make sure everything was perfect. This was my second car purchase from her and Audi London and I couldn’t be happier with the friendly, honest, convenient and prompt service I received from everyone.
