Hey Ozy, I took a look through the 2016 Enclaves that we sold in 2020 and struggled to find your file to look into this further. We appreciate you letting us know about your concerns, although I wish we would have found out sooner, as it seems like your experience is too far gone at this point. I'd rather go over a resolution, as well as our process over a phone call or in person but let me mention a few things here. 1. Our vehicles go through an extremely rigorous mechanical reconditioning process, and if our technicians tell us that we can't sell a vehicle with confidence we will wholesale the vehicle. 2.
