Erin was likely the friendliest and least-slimy salesperson we've purchased a car through. She quickly responded to our Internet inquiry and prepared two vehicles for us to see at our scheduled vi salesperson we've purchased a car through. She quickly responded to our Internet inquiry and prepared two vehicles for us to see at our scheduled visit. She helped us decide between a standard and hybrid model of CR-V, tolerated our many questions, shared some of her personal experiences with these vehicles, and allowed us to focus during the test drive – all without pressure to close a deal. She also helped us review payment and extended warranty options so we could make an informed purchase. She was candid, personable, and professional. As for the dealership, there are some improvement areas: the lighting is dark, making the showroom feel less comfortable (than the Heritage Fallston location, at least). The "detail job" that was done by my request didn't address the stains I had pointed out, and left the car with a slippery finish (especially the floor mats, making entering and driving a bit concerning). It was a hassle to arrange insurance (on a Saturday evening) before the dealership would allow us to take possession of the vehicle. Despite these gripes, the dealership management was accommodating to our desire to use outside financing, and also handled our registration details. The restroom was clean, and bottled water was readily offered during our visit. Everyone was friendly and working diligently, and it was clear this particular day was a busy one. In total, we're very happy with our purchase, and know we drove away with a car we will love. No buyer's remorse here at all! We'll be back for our next Honda! More
