Keep this man on your team! He is funny, great with customers, is great in even high stress (I was mad at something that I was confused on and Haroon made total sense of the sit He is funny, great with customers, is great in even high stress (I was mad at something that I was confused on and Haroon made total sense of the situation, gave me a clear answer for my own peace of mind, and held his composure like a man!) I don't know why Oliver Hong has better ratings than Haroon. Haroon is one of the best people on your team and he knows how to carry himself very well. He genuinely cares about the customers he serves and he is a good and honest man. Keep Haroon, get rid of Hong!! I almost sued because of how disrespectful Hong was, but Haroon? Best guy in the world with complete and total common sense and a good heart. You're not gonna find someone like that to work for you guys every day. Keep him and do him good!!
