I would say was the amount of time it took for financing to figure out what it needed from me. They went back and forth with needing bank statements vs paystubs, among other minute details. 2. I don't know if it was an attempt to manipulate me but while the financing was being reviewed, the finance manager kept insisting I buy a more expensive car when I had made it clear which one I wanted. I am fine with insistent salespeople but he was downright rude. 3. I came back the second day and the second finance manager we dealt with was very professional and kind. He was considerate of my father's medical needs as well. More

Buying a car is a HIGHLY stressful experience for me. I worked with Erin Natzke and she is OUTSTANDING!! Then the car arrived and the REALLY dreaded portion of the experience started dealing with financials and insurance, etc, which can take hours. I was quite impressed at Erin's demeanor and patience dealing with me with my feeling overwhelmed, asking the same question more than once, and so on. On top of that, Erin found be me significantly more affordable insurance rate as well as "prepped" me on the add-ons, etc, so I had a MUCH better idea what I wanted and needed. All this on a holiday weekend!!! Labor Day, no less, when it seems that car dealerships are at their peak. On the finance side, Randall Bridgeforth was a good experience as well. Very clear and patient, especially when one's eyes begin to glaze over. More
