Mark was a professional all the way. Between my dad being in the car business when I was growing up and being married for over 30 years, this was the first time I bought a car on my own. Mark answered all my questions, and since he was the person who had made the deal for the car I purchased as a trade-in, he was able to assure me that the car was in excellent shape. I have had the car for about a month now and have taken 2 trips to AL to see my parents. It has operated flawlessly, and I have to admit, driving a cute, shiny red car is fun! Thank you for your help, Mark, and thank you for your service to our country. Goran was also very professional. He got me through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
