Our Salesman Dominic D'alesio was great to work with. Very competent, new his inventory and car model equipment very well. Very aware of spacing distances between us. Used car appraiser I felt low balled the trade in and only stating dollar needed 3 times for trade in did we come to an agreement with Dominic's manager. Otherwise we were not going to finalize deal. We did not have to trade or buy a new car from our standpoint, only felt it was a good time to do so. Only concern: During this time of the virus we felt that your desks on the dealership floor did not properly distance people sitting accross from the buyer and salesperson. Dominic did a great job for us by utilizing an empty office and made our discussions less worrysome. We noticed some buyers not properly wearing masks and a few workers haad to be told to properly wear masks. We would recommend Valley Honda to friends looking to buy a new or used car. More
