I had a great experience with Dominic in service. He was honest, knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep me informed on the service being done. For example He suggested I change the spark plugs now a honest, knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep me informed on the service being done. For example He suggested I change the spark plugs now as the part being replaced would have to come off again to change them. This way saving me 1 hour or 2 of service charges. He tuned my Jeep, waived some fees. He gave me a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour. I really felt NOT taken advantage of , or upsold. Though this dealership is out of my way….I would definitely return for any work or purchases in the future. Armando More

Don't ever, ever use their service department. We bought a BRAND NEW JEEP FROM PEEL CHRYSLER. We had it for two weeks when it broke down in Woodbridge, Ontario. We managed to get it to the closest dealer a BRAND NEW JEEP FROM PEEL CHRYSLER. We had it for two weeks when it broke down in Woodbridge, Ontario. We managed to get it to the closest dealer (Seven View). Long story - short. They had the vehicle for 3 weeks. Every day we were treated to speeches from Dominic in service about how they are the very best in the city and they were taking their time so we would have a safe vehicle. After 3 weeks things got testier and Dominic called and said: "Your car is ready." Clunk. We arrived and picked up a dirty car with no gas. Within 3 hours the same problem reappeared. The car broke down and we took it to Peel Chrysler. They have ordered parts and it has been 5 days. I trust Peel will get it right. They found a totally different problem with the car than Seven-View. Don't go to Seven-View. Rude, bombastic, and incompetent . More

Best Dodge Customer service experience in York and peel region. Met with Dom first thing in the morning and Dropped my truck off to him. Very polite professional and friendly. He contacted me several times region. Met with Dom first thing in the morning and Dropped my truck off to him. Very polite professional and friendly. He contacted me several times during the morning with updates. All issues were resolved by 12 noon. Great experience compared with the other Chrysler dealers were they don’t fix the actual issues and treat you like a number and not a customer.
