I went in to see her on a Saturday to tell her I was doing the preliminary search of a new truck. She remembered what we had with our Silverado and went with it from there. When my husband called on the following Wednesday she had found exactly what we were looking for with all of the add ons that we wanted. I am pretty sure I didn't even mention some of them yet she knew anyway. Once it was decided that we loved our GMC Sierra Dianne had picked with us, we met with Richard Litt. He explained all of the different protection packages in a clear and concise manner. When we picked our truck up, everything was done on it and we couldn't be happier. We received fair deal on our trade in and were very happy with the final purchase price. Dianne also went thoroughly over how everything worked in our truck. I went back to work and recommended Dianne, Richard and of course Brian Finch for any of their auto needs. Dianne thank you once again for helping us with exactly what we wanted and needed. More
