40000 mile maintenance I received outstanding maintenance support scheduling the appointment, dropping off the vehicle, status updates, and notification that the vehicle was I received outstanding maintenance support scheduling the appointment, dropping off the vehicle, status updates, and notification that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I dropped off the vehicle, service went over the standard maintenance items, the additional items I wanted checked and reviewed other potential maintenance items (all of which were determined not to be due at the 40k level.) Perfect from start to finish I purchased my 2016 E350 at a different dealership and have had disappointment after disappointment from the dealership. The car is GREAT. I decided to take my car for the 10,000mile service A to Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles and the service was top shelf. Every aspect made me feel special from the moment I checked the car in to the time I picked it up. The cost for the service was even less than the other dealership.
