I was in the dealership today for servicing and had my 6 month old with me. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours which I was ok with. My little one started to get a bit fussy and Dan asked what my name was to see where my car was at. Next thing I know, he returned with my keys in hand and my car was done (and washed!) in less than an hour! Although I was ok to wait, I really appreciated his help!!

I had a problem with my Chevy Silverado while away in Dartmouth NS. Finch Chevrolet of London ON took full responsibility for the problem I had and fully reimbursed me for the repairs that had to be done. They even offered to pay for my towing charges but I had made use of the GM roadside assistance program so didn't need that. I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and forthrightness in dealing with my problem. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

It is reassuring that I see long time older employees who are retained by what I see as good management practises. Some people feel that going to private garages suits them. The upside of Finch is that their people can spot impending failure because of their hard vehicle knowledge and experience. One their guys who drove our 98 Sierra to the back for an oil change spotted a bad hub saving us a bundle of trouble and risk. Our 09 G8 GT is safety and performance modified and the service staff have paid attention to detail on that count. Their sales guys who spotted our vehicles,
checked them out and they commented on the good condition that we keep them in. Overall, I can see that they have staff who are sincerely into cars, trucks and a friendly conversation is only a step away.

I have been a Finch customer since June/July 1999.
Over this time, I have purchased and/or leased approximately 8 vehicles.
Everytime I have purchased, I have been treated with the highest level of respect and satisfaction.
I have received the best service possible from beginning to end of my purchases and beyond. The after sales customer service I have received from any of my sales consultants has been second-to-none.
Over the years, I have dealt with Hass Hijazi (now partner of Finch Hyundai) and Kevin DiBrita (whom I have dealt with for the past 6 vehicles). Both Kevin and Hass treat me better than family. They are always available to assist with any question or problem at hand.
The reason I came to Finch in 1999 was for service on my 1988 Pontiac Tempest, which I had purchased from another local GM dealer (which is no longer in business). The service advisor I reached on June 30, 1989 was Phil Jackman. This gentleman waited at the dealership until I arrived (approximately 6 pm which was after the dealership and service department were closed). Upon arriving, Mr. Jackman supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the long weekend at no charge. On the following Tuesday morning, I received a call from Phil telling me that parts had to be ordered to complete my repair and to continue using the loaner until my car was completely repaired. Due to a delay in parts being shipped to the dealer, my repair was not completed for approximately 10 days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that there was absolutely no charge as it would all be covered under warranty, including the loaner. I was very impressed.
Based on the service satisfaction I had, when I again had problems with the Tempest in 1992, I had it towed to Finch for service late in the evening. While waiting for my wife to pick me up at the dealership, I noticed a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am on the lot that I liked.
The next morning when the service department called and informed me of the repairs necessary, I decided it was time to replace the Tempest. I approved the repair and requested the service advisor to transfer me to the sales department.
My call was picked up by Hass Hijazi. I let Hass know which vehicle I was interested in. Whereas, I was at work at the time without a vehicle, Hass offered to pick me up in the 1992 Grand Am when I was done work. I test drove the vehicle back to the dealership. I paid for my repairs and began the paperwork to trade-in the Tempest and purchase the Grand Am.
Over the years, I continue to visit Finch for all my repairs and purchases. I will not even consider another dealership. ALL of the Finch employees are courteous and go above and beyond in every area of the sales and service process. I enjoy my visits. I have made many longterm friends at the dealership over the years.
I would recommend the Finch dealerships to any and all who are interested in purchasing and/or service their vehicles.
I look forward to many more years of vehicles and service from Finch.
I have recently purchased another new truck from Gerry at Finch, Gerry did a great job. I cannot say how great it was dealing with the whole team as a sales representative in my career it’s nice to deal with honest and reliable people. From the service dept., Dan and Tammy helping out with their knowledge as well.
