Very disappointing. After signing a buyer retailer's order, putting down a $1000 deposit and waiting 5 months for our new car, we were told that the price increased $400 After signing a buyer retailer's order, putting down a $1000 deposit and waiting 5 months for our new car, we were told that the price increased $4000. (Not including taxes or interest) Dealer said he had no control over price increase and refused to honor our agreement or call the Ford manufacturer to settle the price change. We called the manufacturer and were told pricing is up to the dealer. We told the dealer this and he still refused to sell it to us for the originally agreed upon price. He lied to us then threatened not to give us our deposit back. Ridiculous, unprofessional and a total waste of time. More
