Had my Nissan pathfinder service to do Diamond coating for windshield. Service and office personel did not coordinate accordingly got confused with diamond finish or ceramic finish. Second thing when the car is done service personel Charles did not even update if the car is finish when i came there 4 hours assuming its done he just gave paper did not even explain what was done with the car. They need to train him better so you guys would have better referral and have an edge with your competitors! More
