My 1st service visit Had a tail light not working properly. They were extremely friendly on the phone with arranging my appointment and explained that I would have a loane Had a tail light not working properly. They had to order the part which came in the next day and they had no problem with my picking the car up the following morning because of my work schedule. All in all an excellent experience. More

Excellent Customer Service Both Ed and Crystal were very professional and helpful, talking a personal interest in resolving the problem with my Explorer. We have been experienc Both Ed and Crystal were very professional and helpful, talking a personal interest in resolving the problem with my Explorer. We have been experiencing recurring malfunctions of the electronics systems since we bought the car almost 2 years ago. After taking it in for service several times I was running out of patience. Ed listened to my complaints and came up with a solution that was fair for all before handing it off to Crystal. Crystal did an excellent job of staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on the progress being made. When I went to pick-up my car she had it clean inside and out and ready to go, just waiting for me. So far the electronics seem to be working fine, time will tell if the problem was trully soved. In the mean time,I am very pleased with the service I received from both Crystal and Ed. More
