they WERE a great dealership. Their service department made the decision easy to choice to trade in my vehicle for a different make. The staff in front are rude and argumentative, will argue about simple things like whether or not you have an extended warranty.... shouldn't that be a part of our profile in your system? Refused to fix a tire that wouldn't hold air for 3 weeks, and when they said they fixed it.. t wasn't... were very abrupt about it also...
Dealing with Ron and the rest of the Superior Nissan team was a great experience. I never felt pressured Ron was very attentive and happy to answer any questions I had about the car. Tim in finance helped me make informed decisions about service work and extended warranty .Crystal sat down with me and went through all the features and electronic functions of my Murano . I wouldn't hesitate to return to Superior Nissan for our next purchase.
Had a very poor customer service experience when I brought my vehicle in the first day, but Adam helped get me on my way so I could get what I needed done that day and then I came in the next day & Crystal was there to help me this time and is always fantastic (makes sure things are under warranty if not lets me know the pricing, etc. Also distracts my little one very well !) Steve also helped by apologising for the previous day and reassuring that he'll be there to help from now on. I'm glad there were people there who genuinely care for others needs and feelings! I'll definitely keep coming here for servicing.
