Great car buying experience - Not like the old days! My car buying experience was beyond my expectation. I anticipated the same traditional sales approach/experience but, not here! Jim Duran was extremel My car buying experience was beyond my expectation. I anticipated the same traditional sales approach/experience but, not here! Jim Duran was extremely professional and honest! I explained to Jim - I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to buy - down to the smallest feature and detail. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact color vehicle I was looking for on the lot but, Jim readily explained that he would search Ford inventory and ensure he could find exactly what I was looking for. He did suggest other vehicle colors available on his lot for my consideration but, ultimately reiterated to give him a few minutes to query Ford inventory and buy what I truly wanted and not settle for another color. Jim delivered! He located a vehicle and as he promised it would be ready for delivery by the end of that week. All went smooth without disappointment! In addition to my experience, it's worth the mention that they offered me an extremely fair and reasonable price for my trade without hassle or haggling any other numbers to be "adjusted". All the numbers stayed true to the final signature! I would recommend Jim Duran and Bozard Ford to anyone for a great car buying experience! More
