"My new Dream Car"
From the moment we entered the dealership we met friendly helpful people. We were introduced to our salesman John who found what he thought based on our requirements was the perfect car for us. He was right. We completed a test drive and we loved the car. Then we sat down to discuss what is included and the price. The price was great as well. We had checked Auto Traders to see what comparable cars were and this car was priced similar to those without quite as many extras.
We then met with Judy Wall. Judy has been my finance person at Ford for years and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. She explained all of the add ons that we could get. I got the module again for my new car. My old car had 230,000 km and not one speck of rust. The body looked like new.
One of the reasons for the incredible shape my car was in was the Service Department. 230,000 km and nothing went wrong....until almost everything did. It was perfectly serviced for the 9 years I had it and I was so happy I didn't go anywhere else.
There was no pressure, just information and choices from both John and Judy. Whiteoak Ford will remain my dealership....it was my fathers before and I think it is going to be my daughter's as well, due to the people who work there and the value we get for our money.
"Worst Experience With a Dealership"
Terrible experience picking up new Lincoln vehicle, garbage customer service, continuously extended deadlines and after waiting for an hour and a half felt like leaving the vehicle here. The nonchalant attitude of the manager was also disappointed and something I found alarming as they evidently didn’t value our business.
Would never purchase a car from here not would I allow them to service my vehicle. After having purchased the car more than 3 weeks ago we finally received the car which was dirty and unkept. Their main reason for the delay was to “ensure it was clean.”
Stay away from this place they are arrogant and lacking in forethought.
