We were very impressed with the Valley Honda in Aurora when we purchased our new CRV in early March 2022. Not only was the facility clean, but it provided amenities for customers (work stations, computers when we purchased our new CRV in early March 2022. Not only was the facility clean, but it provided amenities for customers (work stations, computers, beverages, etc.). We worked with Chris who was professional and knowledgeable when questions were asked. We appreciated his transparency, and didn’t feel like we were getting scammed or lied to. We came to the Valley Honda after receiving a quote from another Honda in the area, and the pricing of the new vehicle was about $2,000 less. We were initially told the vehicle be available in July/August, but a week after our initial visit, we received a call from Chris stating our car was ready for pickup. The pickup process was smooth, and we drove home our CRV that day. Then finance department was a little pushy and came off a tad desperate when trying to sell us a warranty after we politely declined twice, but aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Despite it being farther from our house than another Honda dealership, we will be using the Valley Honda in the future for maintenance and car purchases. More

He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He was amazingly helpful from the beginning while I was deciding between a new Si and a CRV. I decided on a CRV EX which he ordered and was projected to arrive in February. He called to let me know that a CRV EX-L was on the way to Valley Honda and would arrive December 17. I decided that the upgraded model was exactly what I wanted. Then, last Wednesday Chris called to let me know that the vehicle had arrived! I picked it up last Friday. The transaction was painless. Chris had all of the paper work ready. Chris patiently answered all of my questions and explained every aspect of my new vehicle. I can’t say enough about how Chris provided the most excellent service while making this transaction easy and fun from beginning to end.
