Brought vehicle in at 8 am. no one called all day. We called at 3 pm and they still had not looked at it. We we told they would call in a half hour. Stay away if you're looking for a preowned and safe vehicle. I bought used f150 with falsified safety certificate (was signed with cracked windshield) Stuff : including managers and mechanics are only vehicle.
