I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Ericksen Nissan, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. When I initially reached out to them, I clearly stated that my budget was a maximu Ericksen Nissan, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. When I initially reached out to them, I clearly stated that my budget was a maximum of $260 biweekly for an 84-month term, with either zero or minimal down payment. I even mentioned that a friend of mine had secured the same model car, a Nissan Rogue SV, for $252 biweekly under the same conditions. The associate I spoke with, Raj, assured me that he would discuss my budget with the manager, and if they were competent enough, the finance manager, Sam, would contact me. To my surprise, Sam did reach out and proceeded to gather all my personal information to run a credit check. He then informed me that my credit was approved. However, the disappointment came when they informed me that they could not offer me the deal I had specifically requested. This left me feeling frustrated and deceived. If they had any inkling that my budget was significantly lower than the price they were willing to offer, they should not have wasted my time and impacted my credit score by running a credit check. I find it utterly unprofessional and unethical that Ericksen Nissan would go ahead with a credit check without ensuring that they could meet my budget requirements. This not only reflects poorly on their integrity but also demonstrates a lack of consideration for their customers' financial well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Ericksen Nissan to proceed with caution. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their willingness to impact credit scores without a genuine intention to provide a suitable deal is truly disheartening. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented dealership. More

I recently bought a Nissan Rogue 2022 from Ericksen Nissan. Rahul was my Sales contact (as referred by a friend) and David looked after us in the finance department. From first contact Rahul was very patient and welcoming, and David made sure we were looked after in the finance department. I was pretty confidant that the Rogue was going to be my choice but after going for a test drive and talking to Rahul about my trade in and what other options I was looking for and being told it wouldn’t be a problem, I was a customer. Picked up my Rogue, Rahul took me to the service department to pre-book my 7k service with Nicole. I asked about the pick-up/drop off service since I work in Leduc and was assured that they would pick-up my Rogue and drop off a loaner for me. Thank-you very much for my new Rogue, the family loves it! More

They took the fusion on trade in for them to fix up and take the stress off me. Ryan was able to get us approved for a 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum with the premium package. Never would’ve expected that. The tech is so much fun and so handy. It’s brand new! My first brand new vehicle off the lot. This felt amazing. Stephen was so good to us. He really cares about his customers. He even bought us a nice lunch while we waited for the bank to approve and finish on their end. He was getting himself supper but didn’t want to leave us hungry. That’s super sweet and meant a lot to us. This one’s got so many features and even steers itself. Changes the KM per hour according to when it sees speed signs/door to door nav Navi link system. I feel greatful and blessed! Nicole in service is outstanding. I called her a few times with problems with my fusion, she was immediate in reaction and help, she even offered her personal number to make sure I got home safe after hours. She is such a good person and very knowledgeable about the vehicles too. She was so sincerely happy for us, that she waited till after she was off, just to greet us and see the new rogue. Emily is super sweet too. She remembered us from last time and was very happy to see us. Nissan people really care. I am so over the moon happy!! More
