Casey is truly dedicated to what is best for his customers, nothing else. A true professional. I wish to share; notwithstanding our relocation to Florida, I returned to Casey and Mercedes of Annapolis to order/purchase our most recent 2018 model. Clearly, a long way to travel for a new car! Mike Herron is very fair with pricing and values / cultivates customer loyalty. He sets a high standard for all those he is responsible for. He exemplifies what it means to have the highest of intergrity. After sale support is where "unsung heroes" reside. This is where customer loyalty is truly manifested and where one specific dealership distinguishes themselves over another. Alex Clothier is, without question, the best Service Advisor one could ever hope to interface with. In a sense, Alex is in Sales, as he makes sure I am provided a loaner car I find tempting to purchase (last car purchased was due in large part to such strategy by Alex); in Customer Service, as he works very hard to make sure he understands everything he needs to know for making sure all work is performed satisfactorily. He follows-up and clearly communicates all information. Alex far exceeds any Job Description one could write for "Service Advisor"! Alex prides himself in his work and will never be satisfied, until his customers are pleased with all work performed. As such I have met numerous car sales consultants. Casey is the most professional among those I met. I had a very special request / configuration and he knew exactly what to do without much explanation. Casey also understands what the Mercedes brand represents and what customers expect when buying high-end cars. What makes him special is his discretion combined with his knowledge about Mercedes cars and customer expectations. I will certainly come back to buy another car from him. More
