Carlos is AWESOME! If you have a problem with your BMW, be sure to ask for Carlos! He was knowledgeable, courteous, on time and on budget. He said my car would be done i If you have a problem with your BMW, be sure to ask for Carlos! He was knowledgeable, courteous, on time and on budget. He said my car would be done in two hours and it was DONE in two hours. I had an odd problem and he handled it NO problem. I will return and ask for Carlos for all my BMW needs. Give that man a raise! More

Carlos was fantastic and very knowledgeable . Carlos went beyond ... when service was complete but he saw I was sitting in my car not leaving he came over to inquire . Exceptional Service This was my first visit to Sarasota BMW and Carlos made the entire visit very easy. I dropped off my X1 on a Saturday. Since I thought my car was going to be ready the next day, I left my work badge in the car. There was a part they still needed so I could pick up my car on Sunday. It was going to take several days for the part to arrive. I called first thing Monday morning to ask if there was anyway I could have my work badge delivered to me. I work for the school board and I go to several schools every day. For security reasons I must have the badge. Loraine, went out of her way to help me get the badge. She found out that one of the service engineers, Carlos lives near me. She assured me I would get my badge that evening. Sure enough, after work Carlos delivered the badge to me. THANK YOU Loraine and Carlos! More
