I went in with a vehicle in mind and when it wasn't what I expected our sales man provided other options I didn't even consider. After many laughs and three different test drives we came out with a brand new 2017 Kia Forte. I would highly recommend Georgetown Superstore. More

5 Shiny Stars Our criteria was to buy locally and purchase a reliable vehicle to take us into retirement.. We found a 2014 Jeep Patriot at Georgetown Kia. Cameron, Our criteria was to buy locally and purchase a reliable vehicle to take us into retirement.. We found a 2014 Jeep Patriot at Georgetown Kia. Cameron, our sales rep was very helpful and friendly. He made sure our bank and insurance contacts had all documents necessary. The transaction seemed to easy. We drove the Jeep for a week then problems started happening. We returned to the dealership where again we were taken care of, by pleasant and accommodating staff. All repairs were made at their cost. We were happy to be on the road again. Sadly, we did not go far when bigger issues with this Jeep arose. We made further inquires to resolve this because we loved driving the Jeep. However, we determined this was not the vehicle for us. My husband and I sat down with the manager, who was very understanding, and he worked out a better choice for us. The staff at the dealership, Cameron (Sales Rep), Kirk (Service Manager) and Rob (Manager) all play a part in helping us drive away content. We are now driving a 2010 Mazda 3 GT, its reliable, fun to drive, fully loaded and we love it! Georgetown Kia, does sell 100% satisfaction!! Thank you, Judy and Darrin More

The first question that our sales contact, Cameron McCullough, asked my son was, "are you ok?" He was very patient, and willing to work around how my son was feeling, as he had the headaches of dealing with insurance and his concussion symptoms. Cameron spent the time (and extra time) to find out what was important to our son regarding a vehicle. It was a very easy process. He was not over sold on anything, he was shown options within the budget outlined in their first meeting, and he ultimately walked away with a fully certified, safe, and reliable vehicle. I drove from Stouffville to get my car and they even delivered my spare tire to me Gavin and all the staff were very helpful and kept their promises.
