I would give them 4.5 stars, as they are truly better than the vast majority of dealers out there: easier sales process on new purchases; very fast I would give them 4.5 stars, as they are truly better than the vast majority of dealers out there: easier sales process on new purchases; very fast, competent service on vehicles, to include special vehicle modifications and service on other brands; courteous, friendly staff from complimentary shuttle drivers to the finance reps and service techs. Only negative is on price, with $130 oil change and tire rotation packages on Japanese pickups and over $200 price tags on parts like floor mat sets. More
