Becka was fantastic in helping me find and lock-in the car I wanted. She was super responsive and was very easy to deal with. The car ended up delivering earlier than I expected and so that was a pleasant car I wanted. She was super responsive and was very easy to deal with. I drove down all the way from Seattle to pick up the car, but unfortunately the delivery process was way too drawn-out. We arrived at 6pm and did not leave the dealership until 9pm. We were waiting 2+ hours for one of the finance managers to be available in order to sign the paperwork; to clarify, I had already agreed to the price beforehand, so its not like we were spending time haggling or anything. This is the reason why I can't give the dealership the full 5 stars. We were hoping to get dinner before heading back up to Seattle but couldn't leave the dealership until the paperwork was signed. We were starving but luckily Becka gave us some chips and snacks to hold us over. We finally left the dealership and still had a 3 hour drive back home on a workday. I had forgotten an item in the car that I traded-in, but Nan and Becka helped to retrieve it and mail it back to me. Bottom line, the people are great, but the processes and staggering of deals could be better! More
