Since his start in 2020, Bassel has faced many challenges that are irregular in the automotive industry, from Covid, the multiple lock-downs, to supply chain issues, but his perseverance has allowed him to thrive! I have only very positive things to say about this dealership and my sales representative in Bassel. All cars looked at were in very good conditions at very reasonable prices and financing rates. Bassel was straightforward, knowledgeable, very open and honest, and very invested in getting me the right car at a very good deal. I would refer all my friends and family to this dealership and to see Bassel specifically. I think when many big dealerships are becoming very poor in customer service, it is very nice to see this dealership do so much for their customers and really care. More

He has a "no bs approach" to his customer service and his honesty was very appreciated. I recieved everything I asked for, and then some. If there was something he couldn't do, he had an alternative offer. I'm so glad I was able to meet with Bassel and purchase a car at Finch hyundai. I can only reflect on this experience as being a positive one with the best imagined outcome. Bassel was truly amazing! He made buying my first car a seamless experience. He genuinely went above and beyond and was extremely helpful for someone like myself who was very indecisive and unsure. Bassel was great from the very start, proactive and genuine, he even opened the door for me to welcome me in, i appreciate small things in life like that. He ran through everything I asked without question and genuinely appeared to be on my side during negotiations and helped me find the perfect car and outcome. I got the best car and deal for my money and I am extremely happy with it. There were a couple of delays along the way, but most of it was out of Hyundai's hands, yet they still offered me something as an apology for the added wait time which was way beyond what they needed to do, but yet again I am very thankful for it. Bassel is a genuine good person, sometimes that can be hard to find when shopping for cars, I would go back to him in a heartbeat and I am sure i will again in the future. More
