I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. Despite reaching out to both the sales representative and their manager, no act to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, particularly as it was my first time buying a new vehicle, turning what should have been a positive experience into a regrettable one." More

I would say most of my experience with this dealership was ok. I found Amer and Austin very helpful in the process of buying my Buick, however this got very pushy when end of moth came and I was pressured was ok. I had an absolutely horrific experience with the finance department. Jessica was awful to deal with. Not only had she lied to me several times, but she was very passive aggressive throughout the time I had to deal with her. I had so much stress dealing with Jessica I had to change to a different financial person, Tim, who was much better. If your vehicle is ever delivered, I hope you have Greg deliver it. He is an extremely kind and helpful man. I dealt with Amer mostly and he was very kind to work with. Had it not been for Jessica I would have rated this experience 5/5 stars, however, I found she had caused a great deal of frustration, especially for my first car buying experience. I have several friends who work in the industry and are shocked with her behaviour. More
