I sent a request for an E-Price quote for an E-Class and Asher Chaudry answered the request. Asher and I corresponded by email for 2 weeks. I was nevered pressured to come into the dealership. Asher found multiple cars that fit my criteria, sent me payment quotes, and answered all my questions via email. He provided a car purchase experience I had never experienced before. Our salesperson, Asher Chaudry, treated us like we were his only customers. His knowledge of the Mercedes brand is remarkable but it’s his appreciation of the customer that stands out. He was always very responsive to our emails and calls while we waited for our new car to arrive. When it did arrive, he personally picked us up from the airport. The next morning, he walked us through the sale and the operation of the vehicle. We can’t imagine a better experience and are looking forward to doing business with Asher for many years to come. And that says a lot because my wife and I live 700 miles away in MI! We could have ordered a new car from a number of dealerships much closer to our home.
