Wow! Fabulous Experience I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They had the vehicle I wanted at the price I asked for. My salesman, Wayne Discus, was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. I am not an easy sell as I shopped 5 dealerships before I decided on purchasing my new vehicle from MB of Annapolis. Asher Chaudry, the sales manager, was very fair, professional, and was so very easy to work with. My deal was done mostly over the phone and they backed everything that was said and agreed upon with documents. The finance manager, Allen Belcher, was as easy going as the rest of the team. He had everything ready for me and did not take up any unnecessary time. . The car was ready for me to drive just as I arrived. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes I would suggest you talk and hopefully buy from these people. You will not regret it. More

We walked into Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and were fortunate to have been connected with Casey as our Sales Rep. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient and no-pressure. He worked to secure us a great deal and we couldn't be more pleased! Our experience was 5 star from beginning to end! Mr Herron, I'm extremely surprised Here is our message we emailed the dealership. No response. There are plenty of Mercedes dealers in this area. Mr Herron, I'm extremely surprised the first emails I received from your dealership following my visit are a request for feedback and information on MB financing, rather than an apology for a shockingly disappointing experience. Several days ago, I expressed interest in the Gray E400 coupe via website. Salesman Andrew Gallagher contacted me and we discussed the car - prior to it going through the certification process. I advised I'd like more details about the vehicle. Once it successfully went through the process, both Andrew and your internet sales manager sent me the vehicle package. Andrew asked if I'd like to set up an appointment to see and test drive the E 400. I said I would, as we live an hour and a half away from Annapolis and wouldn't want to make the drive if the car wasn't available. We set a Saturday morning appointment to make the drive from Northern Virginia. On Friday, Andrew followed up to confirm we'd be coming. I assured him we would and this was exactly the car we'd been looking for. We arrived nearly an hour early for our 10AM appointment, only to be told that the car had been sold the night before.... We were shocked, disappointed, and incredulous that the car would not have been held for our confirmed appointment - especially after repeatedly expressing that we were interested and driving a long distance to see and drive it. Andrew apologized and said the dealership "doesn't hold cars." If that's the case, please help me understand why there wasn't there a disclaimer in our vehicle package or appointment email that said as much. At the very least, I would expect you'd have a system in place to catch that the vehicle was sold and notify those customers with "scheduled, confirmed appointments" that it was no longer on the market. Missed opportunities. Neither of these things happened, we made a 3-hour round trip to be told the car we'd planned to purchase (with secured financing and down payment in hand) was just gone - oops!?! I couldn't believe this was an experience we were having at a reputable dealer of luxury vehicles; what an absolute nightmare. Livid and trying to contain my frustration, I turned to leave. At which point Andrew continued apologizing to my wife and offered to send us to lunch....at 9:15AM. It all felt like a slap in the face and so disproportionate to the wasted time, energy, and unbelievably bad customer service we'd encountered at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. As current owners of a Mercedes, activly shopping for another Mercedes, we now know we can cross your dealership off our list of prospective partners in this process. Rest assured that if any family, friends, or colleagues ask for recommendations we'll be certain to steer them to a dealership that honors commitments, values customers time, and treats this important process and the people involved with respect. Great Customer Service From the time of my first interaction with Casey, we did not feel the typical sales pressure. He was quite knowledgeable of the various class of cars to his patience with our test driving of two of the vehicles. Dean presentation of his financing options was concise and straight forward. He worked with to get an agreeable amount in a very professional manner. On the day of pickup, Casey allowed us again to test drive the actual car prior to signing contracts. Thanks to Allen the closing of the contract went very smooth. A final greeting and congratulations by Asher was a surprise Over all the service here was quit professional and I would recommend this location to anyone looking at purchasing a Mercedes Benz in the DMV area. More

Andrew Gallagher has made the buying experience such a smooth and joyful moment. He made things happening very quick and very patient to explain everything to a new buyer like me.
