Purchased 2017 Tucson beginning of August, only to have the AC not work 100% after 28 days, for them to advise me it's not part of the safety that that they won't fix it after I waited 3 hours there. They refused for 2 months to provide floor matts that should have been included (as stated in the ad), and lied about rims not passing safety, as they didn't want to give me the alloy rims on the car and switched them to steel after I purchased it. Now in Oct, after 6,000km, the oil completely ran out, as it is burning oil. This would have been a known issue, and should have been dealt with before even advertising the car. I was absolutely taken for a ride, tried my best to be as educated as I could be and I was still taken. Watch your back here, trust no one, and if your gut tells you to run, do it. More

Service department is an embarrassment. It looks like a social event for employees every time I have been there. Poor communication between staff, worse communication with customer(me). My 4 hour repair (which no one thought to mention), to change 2 hoses on 3rd visit was 100 percent unsuccessful. My faulty A/C now does not work at all- which no one told me. I received a text message that "my vehicle was ready". No one in service customer area knew that my car was not fixed, just gave me my keys. I of course figured that out quickly and brought it to their attention. Which is when they spoke with service technician for the new update, that my compressor suddenly does not work after hose change. I will again wait for a part and then take car back for another 4-5 hour service call. Whenever that part comes in. I have rented a car as it is 25-30 degrees Celsius almost daily. Just WOW!!! More
