We had a bit of a snafu when they Grand Highlander that we reserved showed up with bench seats instead of captain's chairs, but Shay helped find us another vehicle quickly at a mutually acceptable price. The financing process was efficient and straightforward, though the $1000 deposit we put down was not considered in the paperwork until my husband inquired about it.
