Our car, which hadn't been cleaned inside since we bought it new in 2020!, was completely detailed inside and out in several hours less than they had estimated originally. I spoke with Rob in service regarding our 2005 Ford F150 towing capacity. We have never towed a travel trailer before. Extremely unprofessional. Dropped our vehicle off for service and nobody called for a full week. Then went to pick it up and the work it was dropped off for wasny even done.
