Yup disappointed with the service of this dealership for sure. All the way through the purchase process I said I didn't want the extra protection or the "free" oil changes with a purchase of course! Now less then a week after purchasing this 2024 Jeep Compass the battery is dead? They don't make sure these vehicles have a charged battery before they leave the lot???? Sales person tells me to bring it in to get charged or that I have roadside assistance - "HELLO" it's brand new why would I need to use roadside assistance? So I charged the battery and carried on. Now less that 2 months and it's due for it's first "Free" oil change, guess what the service department will not make an appointment for an oil change past 2:30pm during the week. I can make it for 4pm but would have to take time off work to be there for 2:30. I contact the sales person and he tells me that's because of all the courtesy inspection they do so it usually takes 1.5 hours. I didn't ask for all of the courtesy inspection but only an oil change! Also they tell me the service department is open until 6pm so doing the math (I am usually relatively good at math) and my calculations say that if I arrived at 4pm for an appointment and it took 1.5 hours I would still be out of there but 5:30pm and they are open until 6pm. So I let the sales person know I am not pleased with this service and they now insult me that they are not a jiffy lube center if that's my plan. Well the thing is because of all the xx they have been already telling me I have made an appointment with another Dodge dealership that was more then happy to book me an appointment now at 4:30pm and they also close at 6pm. Sherwood Dodge you have definitely disappointed this customer but when my wife gets a new vehicle it will be elsewhere. More

Merging down on ramp up to highway speed when I noticed a pronounced shimmy. Thought it might be a delaminating tire due to contact with a hidden curb in deep snow earlier in the week. ***Buyer beware** I'm writing this so that everyone can be informed and make the right decision. I have 2019 Ram. With only 85,000 km Over the past few years, I have had multiple spots where paint has be informed and make the right decision. I have 2019 Ram. With only 85,000 km Over the past few years, I have had multiple spots where paint has cracked. I was told by a guy at Sherwood Dodge that this was a common problem with the ram trucks. Thankfully, I had a warranty, and it was covered. (Although I did still have to fight with Chrysler). Fast-forward a year. I now have 25 spots on my truck where paint is cracking. Brought it in to Sherwood Dodge and he informed me I am not in warranty and quoted me about 20,000 to fix it, but gave me Chrysler number to see if it would be covered as they have already replaced some. I have received a call back, and they told me my claim was denied. I asked at what point is this no longer a warranty issue but a manufacturer defect. My paint should not be cracking everywhere. She would not give me a direct answer. Told me it could be because of the weather or because I didn't take care of my truck. I told her I have had smart liners and seat cover in from day one of owning the truck. I take very good care of my truck. I asked again. What defines a manufacturer issue as opposed to a customer issue. She said she didn't know. It was the guy at Sherwood Dodge who made that decision. She should have been able to give me some sort of answer. This has been an ongoing problem with this truck, and now that it's out of warranty, they say though luck. I'm writing this so everyone knows how they treat their customers and the quality of their trucks. If I can prevent even one person from getting a crap vehicle, I'll be happy. More

If you are looking for a sales person who is dedicated to their job, does not pressure, is knowledgeable, super friendly, someone who listens, is honest, follows up, understands, shows compassion.... please contact these 2. Their sales manager Devon follows these traits as well and is very easy to talk to. We have dealt with a nearby dodge dealership 20 min to the north east and Sherwood Dodge blows them out of the water hands down. Andrea in finance is amazing and thoroughly explained each and every package making our decision easy and comfortable. I don’t think Sherwood Dodge has a bad apple in the building.
