He quickly contacted us, got an overview of our interests and set up an appointment to meet with one of his Sales member that afternoon. Damon Scott was the Sales Rep who met with us. He was extremely friendly and professional. He listened to our needs and provided a full explanation of the process and a comprehensive review of the specs of the vehicles we were interested in. After test driving a number of vehicles he offered us the opportunity to review all the specs of the options at our home contacting him with any questions/queries. We greatly appreciated this opportunity to review the vehicles as well as to compile any questions to be discussed without the feeling of being rushed into a purchase. Mr. Scott liaise with us via phone and email. He ensured that all our concerns and needs were addressed before he passed us to the capable and competent hands of Allen Belcher to complete the financial component. At delivery of the vehicle Mr. Scott provided a general tutorial of its features while offering us the opportunity to visit the Dealership for any further followup assistance. We are currently enjoying our new vehicle and couldn't ask for a better team effort from the Staff of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. More

Mr. Discus was very helpful in reviewing the features of the car with us and responded promptly to some follow up questions after we had departed the dealership. He also came to our house (5 min from dealership) and set up the garage door opener for us which was very helpful. Mr Belcher was very efficient with the closing documents which helped to speed the process. We also appreciate the fact that the dealership has an arrangement to have the permanent license plates available. Unforgetable Experience! On last Thursday, I googled my car of interest and Mercedes of Annapolis came up in my search engine. I decided to call to inquire about a specific ve On last Thursday, I googled my car of interest and Mercedes of Annapolis came up in my search engine. I decided to call to inquire about a specific vehicle and was connected to Ron Scherr. Mr. Scherr suggested that I come into the dealership to discuss my options. From the time I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, Holly, to the time that I left the dealership with my new vehicle, the service that I received was impeccable! Being service oriented and one that is passionate about receiving excellent service, I'm quick to recognize those that are exceptional and go above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Scherr, not only educated me, he took his time to provide a variety of options, as well as assisting me with choosing the car that was best suited my needs.
