I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and still have my first purchase. Consequently the last purchase didn't go so well and I traded it 3 days later at a different Mercedes dealership. I am still have my first purchase. Consequently the last purchase didn't go so well and I traded it 3 days later at a different Mercedes dealership. I am unfortunately still waiting for this dealership to issue my prepaid maintenance check of $1920 that was never used. Allen Belcher was on top of it and said it would be issued in December 2020... September 2021, and still no check. He does not return email, messages or take phone calls. I have spoken to my sales person as well, still no follow through. This dealership was all about me promising them a 10 rating, but not customer service once the deal is done. More
